As the day wears on, try to limit the times that you rush, which will help your anxiety level.
Shallow breathing causes stress to your body, including important organs such as the heart and lungs. Try to breath slow and steady to get a maximum relaxation effect. You can reduce stress levels by remembering once in a while to slow down, breathe deeply and relax. Take a deep breath.
